1.Do you have any other locations? Yes we currently have two facilities, one in Allentown and one in Pittston, PA halfway between Wilkes-Barre and Scranton. That area is referred to as Wyoming Valley while Allentown is part of the Lehigh Valley which encompasses Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, PA. 2.What is your geographic service area? ICE can provide service anywhere in the WORLD! Our Same Day, Dedicated vehicles can travel outbound 500 miles without having to shut down for Hours of Service reasons. All of our other services are dependent upon flight and ground schedules. 3. What is your response time? We dispatch and pickup within a 20-mile radius of Allentown within one hour of your call. 4. Are your vehicles marked? All Interstate Courier Express vehicles are clearly marked with our logo, ICC, DOT and PUC numbers per federal regulations. Vehicles are company owned and maintained by our own Class A diesel mechanic. 5. Are your drivers uniformed? All drivers are uniformed and carry wallet ID's. We are fully bonded and insured for your protection, and all drivers have criminal background checks as well as drug screening.
